Booking conditions: 20% deposit is required to secure a booking with balance 14 days prior to arrival. We advise you take out adequate travel insurance to cover any eventuality of cancellation. Units are made available for 3.00pm on day of arrival and we ask that the units are vacated by 10.00am on day of departure. 

• We are flexible on arrival days and you can book a week beginning on any day. We do however advise early booking to get this flexibility.
• Price includes all bed linen (except towels), gas and electric.
• 10% discount for 2 week bookings.
• Each unit can accommodate 2 extra persons in the living area.
• Extra persons are charged at £30 per week, £15 per short break.
• Pets are allowed in some units - max 2 pets. Each pet is charged at £20 per week, £12 per short break.
